A highly qualified crew consisting of two CAOHC trained technicians; a clinical audiologist; and an ear, nose and throat (ENT) medical doctor will administer tests and interpret results.

Ted Benke, M.D., a Board Certified Otolaryngologist/ Head and Neck Surgeon (Ear, Nose and Throat physician and surgeon), holds nearly 12 years of experience in occupational hearing programs. For five years, he served in the USAF working with audiologists and flight surgeons in the area of hearing protection. Since opening Benke Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic, in Cleburne, Texas, in 2000, Dr. Benke has worked with numerous area companies helping manage their hearing conservation programs.

Raney Ray, M.S., CCC-A earned her Au.D. (Doctor of Audiology) from Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, AZ in March 2006. She earned her M.S. and B.S. in Communication Disorders from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She is licensed by the State of Texas and has more than six years experience in occupational hearing programs.
